Managing Director

Dave launched Eris in 2017, having worked with numerous internet service and telecom providers at a large freeholder, where he originated freeholds to over £5bn worth of residential property. Dave's long property sector experience allowed him to quickly grow the Eris client base to over 600,000 homes and counting. He is currently leading several new projects – including our fully funded Electric Vehicle Charging offering.

Operations Manager

Flora oversees the entire process end-to-end, from the initial survey to the receipt of post-installation reports. She has built up an extensive amount of knowledge in this industry by being highly focused, organised and always willing to go the extra mile.

CRM and Data Executive

Utilising her wealth of experience gained in the CRM, IT, and marketing industries, Lottie manages the collation, optimisation, and cleansing of all our data, navigating the ever-evolving landscape of CRM and data management.

Business Development and Account Manager

Tom manages the relationship with several Eris freehold clients, ranging from private landlords to social housing portfolios. His business development focus ensures that our client base and ISP panel continue to grow.

Account Manager

Emily has worked in leasehold property for over 12 years. She prides herself on exceptional service to her freehold clients and ensures that stakeholders are happy with installation plans before wayleaves are signed and projects get underway.

Account Manager

Ioana takes pride in all aspects of her role and has an interest in identifying the best installation route for her client's buildings. She has built particular expertise on the options and variations suitable for listed buildings to achieve effective installations without compromising the special features of a building.

Head of Build and Electric Vehicle Charging

Jai oversees fibre build delivery and holds end-to-end responsibility for the EVC pipeline, coordinating with ISPs and partners from agreement through to completion. She ensures seamless execution across all stages, maintaining strong client relationships through hands-on project management and proactive communication.

Junior Data Analyst

Alice assists in all data collation and analysis and ensures that any requests from our clients are picked up in a timely manner. Alice is keen to help in any way she can, including gathering and sharing daily reports both internally and externally.

John manages all the financial aspects of the business, including reporting, budgeting, credit control, cash management, payroll and VAT, as well as delivering internal information to help the teams give our clients and customers the best possible service.
