Electric Vehicle Charging

While charging an electric vehicle at home with a driveway is relatively easy, charging in an apartment building raises a lot of questions.
That's why Eris are working with EVC providers to bring fully managed charge point installations to apartment block car parks.

Zero Cost

There is no cost to the building owner or manager for installing or maintaining the EV charging infrastructure.

Hassle-Free

The providers install the necessary infrastructure and offer comprehensive support including physical checks, repairs and replacements.

Future-Proof

The infrastructure is completely scalable and allows for additional chargers to be installed any time, whether it's a month, a year, or even a decade after the initial installation.

Individual Charging Station Options

The charge points are installed in each resident's dedicated parking space upon their request.

The EVC provider manages the entire infrastructure at its own expense, taking care of everything.

Users of the service pay a one-time fee for the charging station and then a monthly subscription service, only paying for the electricity consumption that they use.

Because the provider covers all other costs, non-users don't have to pay any fees.

Why is it Beneficial to Install EVC?

The number of electric cars on UK roads is increasing year by year. In fact, the government has put plans in place to ensure that 100% of new vehicles sold will be electric by 2035. This inevitably means that the demand for good-quality EV charging points will also continue to increase.

Having an EV-ready development will not only allow residents to access the facilities immediately, but it's also been proven to increase property value. Installing a charger can incur high costs, with solutions for apartment buildings still raising many questions. Installs via Eris incur zero costs to landlords or property managers, with residents only paying fees if they are users of the service.
